Full Moon Hike: Flower Moon - Friday, May 1st, 2026, 8:15pm - 9:30pm at Old Field Preserve

Embrace the magic of the night with our spring Full Moon Hike!

Join us for an enchanting evening as we explore nature under the silvery glow of the full Flower Moon. Our guided hike will lead you through the varied trails of Old Field Preserve, where you’ll experience the beauty of the nocturnal landscape and the serene sounds of the night. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or a curious beginner, this moonlit adventure promises a memorable night of connection with nature and fellow adventurers. Perhaps we will hear the wolves howl from the nearby conservation center!

This event is recommended for school aged children through adults. A carry option for younger children and infants is recommended. Make sure to bring a flashlight, lantern, or headlamp to find your way along the trail. We recommend sturdy shoes, appropriate layers, and water. Steady rain or other inclement weather will cancel.
