DIY Kids Scavenger Hunt

Below is a scavenger hunt that anyone can do yourself. (We did it at Leon Levy Preserve, but the same materials are probably available at almost any preserve in the spring season.)

Instructions:

  1. Click the diagram below and save to your desktop.

  2. Print it out at “fit to page” on a horizontal sheet of standard letter-sized paper (8.5″ x 11″)

  3. Paste it onto the top of an empty egg carton.

  4. Head to your nearest preserve and collect each one that you see in the corresponding egg carton cup.

  5. Enjoy the wonders of the outdoors.
