April Nature Meditation - Monday, April 27th, 2026, 11:00am - 12:00pm at Mount Holly Preserve
Unlock the restorative and therapeutic benefits of a mindful connection with nature.
Welcome the arrival of spring and start your week with a guided walk that will include a seated meditation the beautiful Mount Holly Preserve. Dedicating focus to each of the five senses, especially while outdoors, will help participants unify and balance their energy with the natural world. A great way to unplug from the world and recharge for an hour.
This program is led by Catherine Downs, a Reiki Master Teacher and a certified Forest Therapy Guide from ANFT. This program is limited to 20 attendees. We recommend sturdy shoes, appropriate layers, and water. Attendees should also bring something to sit on — a blanket, cushion, beach chair, camp chair (or any other props) for additional comfort during the seated meditation. Steady rain or other inclement weather will cancel.
