Long Fall Hike - Saturday, October 9, 10am-12:30pm from Lewisboro Town Park into Ward Pound Ridge Reservation.
Hike the back way into Ward Pound Ridge Reservation from Lewisboro Town Park with LLT board member Paul Collura.
This long (4-5 miles), brisk Fall hike will feature fall colors as the group makes their way through the forest and along Cross River to Kimberly Bridge before returning to the town park. This hike is rated moderate in speed and terrain. We are limiting the size of this group to 15, but if there’s enough interest we will schedule another one for the following Saturday.
Meet at the upper parking lot by the baseball field at the town park just off Route 35. Sturdy shoes, water, and snacks are recommended. Recommended for ages 9 & up due to length and pace. Friendly dogs on leash welcome. Steady rain cancels.
NEW COVID RULES: Carry masks for times when maintaining physical distance is difficult.
