Learn about the early signs of spring with naturalist Taro Ietaka. From ephemeral flowers to wildlife activity, there’s lots to see and hear as spring kicks into high gear in mid-April throughout the farm park and along the West blue loop trail across the street in Onatru Reservation. This hike is rated moderate and is best for ages 5+, and sturdy shoes good for muddy conditions are recommended. Friendly dogs on leash are welcome. Steady rain and other inclement weather cancels.
COVID SAFETY: All participants will be masked and socially distanced, with the option of using one of our audio headsets to hear the walk leader at a distance. We ask all walk participants to read and agree to our COVID safety guidelines and hold harmless agreement upon registration. Registration is limited to 30 participants (15 WITH headsets, and 15 WITHOUT headsets). Please select your ticket preference when you register online at the link below, and please remember to cancel or inform us if you’re unable to make it as our events often have a waitlist.
