Birding Program with Lewisboro Library and Bedford Audubon

  • Old Field Preserve Mead Street at intersection of Schoolhouse Road Waccabuc NY 10597 United States (map)

Lewisboro Library and Lewisboro Land Trust are pleased to invite the community to observe and learn about birds with the Bedford Audubon’s naturalist, Tait Johansson. This program is good for all levels of birding experience, and is best for adults and kids 8+. Binoculars are helpful, but not required. Steady rain will cancel the program.

COVID SAFETY: All participants will be masked and socially distanced, with the option of using one of our audio headsets to hear the walk leader at a distance. We ask all walk participants to read and agree to our COVID safety guidelines and hold harmless agreement upon registration. Registration is limited to 25 participants.

The entrance to Old Field Preserve is on the East side of Mead Street (at the intersection of Schoolhouse Road) in Waccabuc. There's plenty of parking in the preserve and on the side of the preserve driveway.

Register with the library at https://lewisborolibrary.org/event/birding-walk-with-lewisboro-land-trust/
