Toddler Meadow Walk - Friday, May 8th, 2026, 9:30am - 10:30am at Old Field Preserve

Join us for a special toddler meadow walk to visit to the fern garden and see what's blooming!

In spring the Old Field meadow is full of blossoms, birds, and other delights waiting to be discovered by our little ones. Our toddler hike is intended to introduce kids to nature and socializing in a safe and fun way. This program is designed for ages 1-3, moving at their pace, but all ages are welcome. Steady rain and other inclement weather cancels.

The entrance to Old Field Preserve is on the East side of Mead Street (at the intersection of Schoolhouse Road) in Waccabuc. Parking in the preserve is at the end of the driveway. Learn more about Old Field Preserve here.
