Full Moon Hike: Worm Moon - Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, 6:00pm -7:00pm at Old Field Preserve
Embrace the magic of the night with our winter Full Moon Hike!
Join us for an enchanting evening as we explore nature under the silvery glow of the full Worm Moon. Our guided hike will lead you through the varied trails of Old Field Preserve, where you’ll experience the beauty of the nocturnal landscape and the serene sounds of night. Our leader, Catherine Downs, will lead us in a short meditation as well. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or a curious beginner, this moonlit adventure promises a memorable night of connection with nature and fellow adventurers. Perhaps we will hear the wolves howl from the nearby conservation center!
This program is led by Catherine Downs, a Reiki Master Teacher and certified Forest Therapy Guide from ANFT. This event is recommended for school aged children through adults. A carry option for younger children and infants is recommended. Make sure to bring a flashlight or headlamp to find your way along the trail. We recommend sturdy shoes and appropriate layers. Steady rain or other inclement weather will cancel.
