October Guided Nature Meditation - Monday, October 24th, 11am-12pm at Mount Holly Preserve

Immerse yourself in peak of autumn energy and start your week with a guided walk that will include a seated meditation in a peaceful clearing in Mount Holly Preserve. Dedicating focus to each of the five senses, especially while outdoors, will help participants unify and balance their energy with the natural world. A great way to unplug from the world and recharge for an hour.
This program is limited to 12 attendees and will be led by Catherine Downs, a certified reiki professional. We recommend wearing sturdy shoes and appropriate layers. There are a few log seats available in the clearing , but attendees can also bring something to sit on — a blanket, cushion, beach chair, camp chair — or any other props for additional comfort during the seated meditation. Steady rain or other inclement weather will reschedule.
