Families will meet in Lasdon Park's courtyard where children can run through winter hedges. We will then walk over to the Dinosaur Garden where they can see life-size replicas of a Tyrannosaurus, Velociraptor, Brachiosaurus, and more. If time permits, we can walk through other areas of the park and arboretum and explore.

This program is designed for ages 3-5, but all ages are welcome. Sturdy shoes suggested. Heavy rain and inclement weather cancels (we still hike in light to steady rain with appropriate clothing/umbrellas).

Lasdon Park and Arboretum is located at 2610 Amawalk Rd. (Route 35), Katonah, NY 10536. Meet in the Lasdon Memorial Garden just inside the gate by the parking lot, where the kids can run around while everyone checks in.

Advance registration is required and limited to 25 individuals, so please reserve the total number of tickets you will need (including for children). Please remember to cancel or inform us if you’re unable to make it so that families on the waiting list can be accommodated.
