Local resident and LLT volunteer Tony Frasca will lead hikers along the Blue Trail at Brownell Preserve, a loop trail about 2.3 miles long that covers heavily forested, hilly terrain, and then follows the path of a stream running along the northern boundary. There are scenic views across to Lake Katonah and beyond.
This hike is rated moderate and is recommended for ages 7 & up. Sturdy shoes are recommended and dogs on leash are welcome. Steady rain and other inclement weather cancels.
Space is limited and advanced registration is required at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/guided-spring-hike-with-tony-frasca-tickets-152728225233
