August Nature Meditation - Monday, August 25th, 9:30am - 10:30am at Mount Holly Preserve
Unlock the restorative and therapeutic benefits of a mindful connection with nature.
Bring mindfulness into your summer with a guided walk and seated meditation in the serene, wooded meeting space of Mount Holly Preserve. As we prepare to transition to Autumn and reflect on this Summer, we will inquire about our intentions for the coming shift. Where do we want to focus our energies for the coming season? Where can we make small changes to find greater fulfillment? Join us for a time of reflection or simple relaxation.
This program is led by Catherine Downs, a Reiki Master Teacher and a certified Forest Therapy Guide from ANFT. This program is limited to 20 attendees. We recommend sturdy shoes, appropriate layers, and water. Attendees should also bring something to sit on — a blanket, cushion, beach chair, camp chair (or any other props) for additional comfort during the seated meditation. Steady rain or other inclement weather will cancel.
