Join us for our October Preschool Nature Walk on Friday, October 9th from 1:30-3pm at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation and learn about some of the interesting "Creatures of the Night" that live in nature around us. We will take a short nature walk and see if we can discover any signs of nocturnal animals during the day. We may even have a live animal visit our program (to be confirmed)! Our program will end at the now-reopened playground (YAY!), and a coloring page handout will be given to participants to take home.

This program is designed for ages 3-5, but all ages are welcome. Sturdy shoes suggested. Steady rain cancels.

Entrance to Ward Pound Ridge Reservation will be FREE since it's a weekday. Meet in the Meadows Parking lot -- go straight after the entrance booth, the Meadows will be on your left; you'll see a sign for the entrance to the parking lot. We will check registrants in at the parking lot and congregate by the felled oak tree in the meadow before our walk.
