Toddlers will enjoy seeing how much the preserve has changed now that summer has arrived!

This program allows toddlers to walk at their own pace, stopping to explore along the way. **By returning to the same preserve every month, participants can observe the changes they see in the landscape, fostering a keen awareness of seasons and the cycles of nature.** For June there will be more bugs and flowers to observe. Sturdy shoes are recommended. Heavy rain and other inclement weather will cancel (we will still hike in light rain).

The entrance to Old Field Preserve is on the East side of Mead Street (at the intersection of Schoolhouse Road) in Waccabuc. There's plenty of parking in the preserve and on the side of the preserve driveway.
